List time cards for a business-date window

Requires scope labor:read. Includes breaks and worked/overtime durations; the pay block additionally requires labor:costs:read. Supply exactly one of businessDate, businessDates, or businessDateStart+businessDateEnd; a window is required and may span at most 31 days (query day by day for longer spans).
